Mabalane A Seven construction and projects

Was formed by an empowerment driven woman by the name of Makoma Matlala. The main reason behind formulation of Mabalane A Seven is the drive to create jobs through capacity building and skills transfer as well as sustainable development to occur since well unemployment is the biggest challenge faced by the world at large.

The birth of the company stems from construction exposure by Makoma Matlala and the Marketing and Business potential to be explored which was noticed by Thandeka Simons.

Construction and Project Execution

Our project management services provide you with comprehensive supervision, inspection and commissioning services for all types of projects – no matter the size or location.

We offer you extensive experience in all aspects of construction. As a result, we can help you reduce technical risks, prevent construction errors, control budgets and effectively keep your construction project within the planned schedule.

Building Maintenance

We have qualified and skilled teams who are able to undertake just about every service in the building trade. Mabalane projects has a pool of qualified resource teams made up of bricklayers, joiners, plumbers, tilers, plasterers, painters etc. and also have excellent sub-contractors that supply electrical, landscaping and decorating services.

Whether you require a building contractor / maintenance team in an emergency to repair a damaged structure or are renovating your existing structure/ home

Engineering works

Our engineering services includes the designing of materials, components, systems or processes. We plan capacity and location of infrastructure. We investigate, advise and report on engineering problems. We assist with improvement of materials, components, systems or processes.

We manage the implementation of construction projects that includes design solutions. We research the development and commercialization of products and plan implementation.

This is the approach undertaken by two women, Makoma Matlala and Thandeka Simons from Tzaneen and Bloemfontein respectively, who have stepped out into a world formerly dominated by men to form their own construction and project management company. Mabalane A Seven Construction and Projects 102 PTY LTD is a 100 percent black female owned entity and is a Level 1 BEE contributor.

Managing Director - Makoma Matlala

Makoma Matlala holds a National diploma in Building and Civil engineering obtained in 2012. Makoma Matlala has worked for Aveng grinaker-lta from 2012 as a Site Engineer,

Her experience to date has been within the construction industry in commercial projects. Makoma has experience from the construction of Medupi Power Station project of within she was part of the execution team which was responsible for the construction of Auxiliary bay,Turbine,Boiler and Air Cooled Condesor unit 6-4.
Skills and experience -Strategic planning/execution, building and Civil construction management, steel erection, mechanical and electrical.

Head of Marketing: Thandeka Simons

Lead the marketing arm manages a direct sales force in relationship to promoting various techniques to attract new projects and people.

Thandeka Simons holds a National diploma in Marketing Management obtained in 2012
Thandeka has been involved on various construction projects while working at Kalagadi Mine in the Northern Cape. Her experience gained by working at all levels of the organisation.

MABALANE A SEVEN CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECTS (Pty) Ltdis committed to conducting business in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees, customers and persons living in the community where it operates, to accomplish this, the company ensures that it complies with current health administration and occupational health and safety laws and maintains its operation, producers, technologies, and policies accordingly.

Each employee has the responsibility to fully comply with established safety rules and to perform work in such a manner as to prevent injuries to themselves and others. We are very concerned about job-site safety and plans to set up a comprehensive safety program.
